Yoga Camp with Adriene

This is my second attempt at a 30-day yoga challenge. I’m not really dead-set on making this a 30-day thing, I’m just wanting to keep yoga in my life on a somewhat regular basis. So I’ll be working through all 30 of Adriene’s Yoga Camp videos, but at a more leisurely pace.

My 30-Day Yoga Challenge

This adventure holds a special place in my heart. On the surface, it’s just 30 days of yoga, but there’s actually a lot more going on with this adventure.

  1. It lets me integrate yoga into my daily life… and that always feels good!
  2. It gives me something to blog about… and I’ve been wanting to start a blog for a while now.
  3. It challenges me to learn WordPress… and that’s definitely keeping my mind sharp!
  4. It challenges me to actually stick with not only 1, but 2 things (the yoga and the blog) for a full 30 days. I’m not usually very good at motivating myself to stick with anything for that long.
